Incorrect Delivery Details

Failure to provide a local contact number: All orders must have a local contact number for the same country in which the delivery will be made. This is so the courier is able to make contact without complications and international calling charges.

Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged for return transit. We are not responsible for items damaged in return shipping due to insufficient packaging.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they follow all provided instructions and usage guidance. When utilized in accordance with our instructions and professional advice, they will work for you. To achieve maximum results with our products, you must use them in accordance with your hair type and texture. It is your responsibility to utilize the products in accordance with our advice and guidelines. Failure to do so does not make you eligible for a refund.

Because results may vary depending on individual hair type, application method, and usage, we cannot offer refunds or returns for claims that a product “does not work” when:

RETURN PROCEDURE

2. Wait for a response authorising your return; within business hours, this may take 2-3 working days.
