SHIPPING POLICY
Failure to read this page's terms and conditions does not absolve you of liability.
We care about customer happiness, which extends beyond the point of transaction. You can return your item or items within 30 days. Regretfully, returns and refunds after 30 days cannot be processed.
You must return your product in its original condition, unopened, and sealed. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Every return needs prior authorisation. Return shipping instructions will be provided by email to you, once the return has been approved.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Just take these actions to start the return procedure:
Send an email to thehennahairshop@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Please provide an explanation for the return to help us process it properly.
Wait for a response authorising your return; within business hours, this may take 24 to 48 hours.

Once approved, follow the return shipping instructions provided in the email.

After your return has been received, quality checked, and approved, we will notify you of your refund details. Free returns are not something we provide; customers are responsible for the return postage and packaging. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging and with sufficient packaging to arrive unscathed at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for packing the product for the return transit.
Please be aware that it could take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process your refund.

Gift Purchases (items bought for you by someone else)Gift and eGift Cards
Individual products purchased as part of a kit or bundle or hair regimen plan (the entire kit or bundle must be returned)

We advise sending your return with insured service to protect yourself and guarantee timely delivery. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping return label if we make a mistake that leads to your return or exchange. Returns must be sent to us within ten days of receiving your pre-paid shipping label; otherwise, you will be billed for the item.
Please be aware that items bought from any of The Henna Hair Shop's vendors need to be sent back to them directly.
We apologise, but we are unable to provide exchanges for returned goods. There are no exceptions.

You are responsible for paying for return shipping.
The restocking fee is 20%. This is what our warehouse charges us to restock and re-add the item into stock inventory. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
Items that "Don't Work":
We listen closely to all of our customer feedback and have vigorously tested each and every one of our products. As there is margin for user error, we don't give returns for "don't work" merchandise. When utilised in accordance with our instructions and professional advice, they will work for you. To achieve maximum results with our products, you must use them in accordance with your hair type and texture. It is your responsibility to utilise the products in accordance with our advice and guidelines. Failure to do so does not make you eligible for a refund.
Allergies to a component or product:
We are unable to provide returns or refunds for products that you may be allergic to. We have no control over who might be allergic to any of the substances in our goods. Before using any Ayurvedic herbs or treatments, including henna, on the skin, we strongly advise patch testing them for allergies. We recommend that you thoroughly check our ingredients list before purchasing any item to ensure that they are suitable for you.
Returns to Retail:
Returns from retail stores are not accepted by The Henna Hair Shop. You must return your item to the distributor or retail outlet directly if you bought it from one of our approved resellers. We only accept returns for purchases made online at www.thehennahairshop.com
